Sultan Qureshi, CPA – Founder & President

With over 25 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and tax, Sultan, is dedicated to helping businesses achieve lasting success. As a seasoned advisor, he combines deep technical knowledge with practical strategies that empower owners to grow, scale, and protect their organizations.

Sultan’s career includes 10 years in public accounting — auditing both publicly traded and privately held companies across industries such as manufacturing, transportation, distribution, legal, recruiting, hedge funds, and private equity. Early on, he discovered his passion for tax planning, recognizing the critical role it plays in building wealth and strengthening business foundations.

Transitioning into corporate accounting, Sultan has guided companies at every stage —from startups generating $200K in revenue to small businesses between $10M–$50M, and even large enterprises with revenues ranging from $360M to $10B. This breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective on how small businesses can successfully scale by applying lessons learned from larger organizations.

Throughout his career, Sultan has held senior leadership roles including Vice President Corporate Controller, Director of Global Accounting, and Divisional Financial Controller, as well as serving as a trusted outside consultant. In each role, he has partnered with management to design efficient, scalable processes, implement ERP systems, shorten close cycles, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets.
